Here at Style Loft we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. So if for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can send it back for an exchange or store credit as long as it is within 7 days from the date of delivery. (Returning package must be postmarked as so)
- If it is an even exchange for another size we will ship your item free of charge if the item is available when return is processed, if not you will get a credit code and will be held responsible for paying shipping again on new item(s)
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we receive the merchandise back. We cannot hold items prior to receiving merchandise. We highly recommend that you repurchase the item you would like to avoid sell out and we will process your refund for the original item upon receipt
- Please note the replacement item name and size and color (if applicabe) in your return package
- You will receive an email once your return has been received and a tracking number for the replacement
- All sales are FINAL when an exchange is requested
- Store credits are sent in the form of a code. You are given the amount of the item you paid for back in credit not including taxes, shipping and/or discounts used to make the purchase
- When using your credit you must make sure that the item(s) you are getting is equal or greater then the credit code. Not including tax or shipping. (For Example: If your code amount is for $24 you have to get something that is $24 or more)
- Credit codes can not be combined with other discount or promotional codes
- Codes must be used all at once
- All sales are FINAL when a credit code is used
- Items must be returned within 7 calender days of delivery, including any delays in customer not picking up package if applicable. Return date will start beginning the date that USPS provides the delivery confirmation you received it
- Merchandise has not been worn, washed, altered in any way, have any signs of wear including odors such as perfume or make-up stains. Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits and intimates are FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions on this policy due to hygiene and maintaining the quality of our products. ALL sale items are also FINAL SALE. No exceptions. If you send back Final Sale items they will not be refunded
- Items must be in original packaging and have all Style Loft and/or any manufacturer tags attached
- Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of his or her choice. We recommend shipping your item(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number -- that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will know whether your package has been received. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- Returns and exchanges generally take 7 business days to complete once received. Please keep in mind that it may take an additional 7 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card account. Once a return as been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
